Discover Young Hackney 2016 Film Making Workshops

Hackney Ramblings Following on from our highly successful film making workshop last year Hackney Shed are pleased to once again be part of the Discover Young Hackney Festival 2016.

Come and work with us and learn about making film and acting in film. These workshops are for anyone interested in being on either side of the camera, whether you want to act or be part of the creative team or crew! You can be part of the weekly sessions on a Tuesday OR JUST COME ALONG TO THE FILMING WORKSHOP ON TUESDAY 16th FEB. This is a one day workshop in the half term holiday where you will be part of the team who makes the film. Whether you want to be in front of or behind the camera all welcome!

What The group will explore the cultures, spaces and life in Hackney through the medium of film. Six weekly workshops will explore devising, creating and story boarding in preparation for a day of film making in the half term break.

Who Young people aged 14-19, no experience necessary, all welcome.

When Weekly sessions on Tuesdays from 12th January - 9th February from 4.40pm - 5.50pm. Tuesday 16th February filming day, all day. (note the half term workshop day is open to all).

Where Weekly sessions take place in the theatre of BSix college, Clapton (Kenninghall Road E5 8BP)
